• Current Owner – If you need to check all liens, mortgages, judgments from last property purchase to current date, a Current Owner search is what you need. The Current Owner Search includes: conveyance information, vesting, outstanding liens and judgments recorded against the property, tax information, recording information, and the full legal description.
• Deed Report – The Deed Report includes: vesting, parcel identification number, recording information, and the full legal description.
